Our Story
Established in 2014, 4 Low Lawn and Landscape began with a push mower and a little trailer mowing lawns. A few years later the small company that started in high school was going strong, but it was time to make some changes. With a new business plan and a new vision for the future, Bartlett Ranch and Realty replaced 4 Low Lawn. Bartlett Ranch & Realty came with more concentrated areas of expertise. With the elimination of mowing services we were able to focus more on landscape design and project execution.
Included in the new business plan was the goal to expand beyond landscaping and into real estate. Shifting into real estate required a dedicated commitment to learning and we are proud to be licensed Real Estate Brokers and sworn in REALTORs in the state of Indiana. We now formally go by Bartlett Companies and love transforming properties inside and out through landscape design and home renovation as well as working with the great people at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group
